Heirloom furniture has been importing fine furniture for over seven years. We have
the benefits of buying power from a large company, and yet in New Zealand we are
very much a family run business. In a world increasingly dominated by uniform shopping
centres and high streets of tiresome similarity, we like to think that Heirloom
Furniture offers a unique shopping experience. Customer satisfaction is our utmost
aim; we always communicate with customers every step of the way. We offer a very
professional and reliable service, at exceptionally competitive prices. Our
commitment is to build long lasting, durable solid furniture, and this commitment
is reflected in the beauty and strength of our furniture products. Our products are
handmade by talented furniture craftsmen who lovingly pay great attention to each
detail. Great care goes into choosing the finest hardwoods; preparing the wood,
hand-shaping, sanding, staining and rubbing these furniture masterpieces to perfection.
Keeping prices at a minimum
We have adopted an innovative business structure. We are able to minimise
overheads to an enviable degree, and put simply we are not greedy.

Our prices are very aggressive and we offer value and quality second to none.
Our aim is to enable customers of a wider budget range to own an individual
unique piece of furniture hand made from the raw material to finished product
with unrivalled quality that ensures it will last for generations.

So far we have three sales avenues.
| 1. | Website throughout the year including in-stock items and made to order. |
| 2. | Once every three months we open shops in various towns for a period between
4 and 6 weeks , this enables us to carry a large range of stock, promote our
website and show the unique quality of our products. |
| 3. | We supply to a select few retailer's ensuring they have strong background's
and sell high end furniture. |
Consequently we have no financial burden to pass on to the customer through
retail margins.
